The content of her work furnished answers to her questions about life’s spiritual connections. She knew exactly which colors and thickness of line had to be used, as every color, every shape and each line, whether fine, medium or strong, hatched or dotted, held precise meaning. Just as the pendulum helped Kunz unearth the healing rock, it showed her which creative paths to follow in her artwork. Its movements determined where she set the initial points, after which she would plot and draw the main lines, and connect the points with wax crayon and colored pencils. Kunz often gave lengthy explanations about her artwork, but never wrote the details down as she believed each picture contained explanations on many different levels. In fact, Kunz forbade all written records, having said, ”The time will come when my pictures will be understood. [They] are destined for the 21st century.”
